FAQs

Automatic Feeders

Why should I switch to an automatic feeder?

If you have a busy schedule, an automatic feeder is the best way to ensure your pet never misses a meal. It provides consistent feeding times, portion control, and peace of mind, letting you focus on quality time rather than rushing home for dinner.

Which feeder model is right for my pet?

For larger pets: We recommend the Smart Maxx HD Feeder. It has a larger kibble storage capacity and can dispense bigger portions.

For small to medium pets (up to 22 lbs): The Automatic Cat Feeder or Smart HD Feeder are perfect. Both hold 6 liters (approx. 200 oz) of food.

If you want to check in: Choose the Smart HD Feeder or Smart Maxx HD Feeder. These feature HD video and two-way audio so you can see and talk to your pet while they eat.

Can I use these feeders for dogs?

Yes! While often called "cat feeders," our devices are designed for dogs, too. The Smart Maxx HD is specifically built for larger dogs, while our standard models work great for small breeds.

Smart Water Fountains

What is the difference between the Smart Water Fountain and the Wireless model?

Both are whisper-quiet and easy to clean, but they use different filtration technologies:

  • The Smart Water Fountain uses a 5-level filtration system.
  • The Smart Wireless Water Fountain uses hollow fiber ultrafiltration for advanced purity and is battery-operated, meaning no messy cables.
How does the smart app help?

The app takes the guesswork out of hydration. It sends smart reminders to your phone when it’s time to refill the water tank, clean the fountain, replace the filter, or recharge the battery (for the wireless model). You can also turn the fountain on or off remotely.

Are these fountains suitable for both cats and dogs?

Absolutely. All our pet water fountains are designed to be pet-friendly and ergonomically simple for both cats and dogs to drink from.

Litter IQ® Self-Cleaning Litter Box

What type of litter can I use with the Litter IQ?

The Litter IQ works with most clumping litters, including bentonite (clay), tofu, and mineral-based litters.

Is it safe for kittens?

Kittens under 2 lbs should not use the self-cleaning function. You can still use the box, but you must turn off the automatic cleaning mode via the app until they grow large enough to safely use it.

How often do I need to empty the waste bin?

The app will notify you when it’s full. Generally, you will need to empty it once a week for a single cat, or every few days for multiple cats.

Can multiple cats use one unit?

Yes! The Litter IQ is designed to support multi-cat households efficiently.

Does this help keep dogs out of the litter box?

Yes. An enclosed, self-cleaning litter box is one of the best ways to dog-proof your home. By automatically removing waste minutes after your cat leaves, the Litter IQ removes the "temptation" for dogs who might otherwise raid the box.

Grooming & Wipes

How often should I use pet wipes?
  • Paw & Body Wipes: Recommended for daily use, especially for active pets who spend time outdoors.
  • Dental Finger Wipes: Great for daily or every-other-day use to keep teeth and gums healthy.
  • Eye & Ear Wipes: Use several times a week or as needed to remove dirt and wax buildup.
Why are specific wipes better than baby wipes?

Human baby wipes are not pH-balanced for pets. Our wipes are formulated specifically for animals using safe, non-irritating ingredients. We have specialized formulas for sensitive areas like eyes and ears, and textured wipes for dental cleaning, ensuring you can care for your pet without causing irritation.
