Return Policy
At Penthouse Paws, your satisfaction is very important to us. We know pet parents are busy, so we've made our return policies easy and convenient.

Returning Online Purchases
If you're not satisfied with your PenthousePaws.com purchase, you can return the product with proof of purchase for the purchase price (minus the  shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges). Product must be in its  original packaging.

Returns made within 30 days will receive a full refund with proof of purchase. Please email info@penthousepaws.com for an RMA number before returning you item. Penthouse Paws reserves the right to limit returns regardless of receipt. Items purchased by check will be returned as cash. Valid government-issued identification may be required for returns and exchanges. To prevent abuse, Penthouse Paws may collect your information from your ID and may share it with our fraud prevention vendors. Returns without a receipt or made after 30 days are not eligible for return or
exchange

In-Person Tradeshow Purchases
Items purchased in person at tradeshows must be returned by mail.  Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Before mailing your  return, please contact info@penthousepaws.com to obtain an RMA number.  Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.

By Mail
Pack the item safely and securely for shipping and include the packing slip  (retain a copy for your records). Affix the RETURN shipping label provided  and send the package via a traceable and insurable method. Please note: 
exchanges are not available by mail. All shipping charges must be paid by  the customer. COD deliveries will be returned to the customer.

Returning Products Purchased Online With a Payment Method Other Than a Credit Card

To return an item that was purchased at PenthousePaws.com using PayPal
or any payment method other than a credit card, you'll receive a merchandise return card for the appropriate amount. Merchandise return
cards can be used for future purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash.
