One of the best things I can say, (as someone who is not tech-savvy, having to set up and connect things to wifi)- setting this up out of the box was a cakewalk. The one thing I needed help with, recording my voice, (which I didn't need to get the feeder working) came quickly from customer service. The staff is very responsive. The machine is so well-built, functions perfectly and stays clean, I cannot say enough about how thrilled I am with this purchase. I’m looking to add a water fountain to this set. I highly recommend this feeder and the Penthouse Pets line.
We have two cats with very different eating styles. One can take it or leave it but the other one wants to graze all day. We have struggled to help her lose weight per doctor's orders. My Mia looooves her water and food dispenser duo, now i get to see her everyyy day sit by the food dispenser until her food comes out. Very simple to use and connect to app that will let you set up a feeding schedule andddd it also alerts you when the water filter needs to be changed or when more food needs to be added.
My ferrets are absolutely crazy about this water fountain and automatic feeder. They get so excited when they hear their food dropping and they love the fresh moving water.
